应用重复B超检查在腹部闭合性损伤的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的对重复B超在腹部闭合性损伤中诊断的进行分析。方法此次研究中的样本选取时间段设定在2018年12月—2019年12月,从该院收治的腹部闭合性损伤患者中抽取80例作为样本,对患者的B超检查结果进行回顾性分析,对比B超检查结果与术后结果,对其诊断价值进行分析。结果在该次研究中,80例闭合性损伤患者在进行重复B超检查后,共出现22例肝破损患者,21例脾破损患者,12例肾挫裂伤患者,5例膀胱破裂患者,7例胰腺断裂伤患者,3例肠破裂伤患者以及2例肠系膜血管破裂患者,在将其与术后结果进行对比后发现,诊断的符合率达到90.00%。结论在当前的临床诊断中,通过采用重复B超诊断的方式,对腹部闭合性损伤患者的诊断工作提供了可靠保障,能够对患者内脏组织的损伤情况形成准确的认知,为后续治疗工作的开展提供保障。Objective To analyze the diagnosis of repeated B-ultrasound in closed abdominal injury.Methods The sample selection time period in this study was set from December 2018 to December 2019.80 cases of patients with closed abdominal injury admitted to this hospital were selected as samples,and the results of the B-ultrasound examination of the patients were reviewed and analyzed,compared the results of B-ultrasound and postoperative results,and its diagnostic value.Results In this study,after repeated B-ultrasound examinations in 80 patients with blunt injury,22 patients with liver damage,21 patients with spleen damage,12 patients with renal contusion and laceration,5 patients with bladder rupture,7 patients with pancreatic rupture,3 patients with intestinal rupture,and 2 patients with mesenteric vascular rupture,after comparing them with the postoperative results,it was found that the diagnostic coincidence rate reached 90.00%.Conclusion In the current clinical diagnosis,the repeated B-ultrasound diagnosis method provides a reliable guarantee for the diagnosis of patients with closed abdominal injury,which can form an accurate cognition of the patient’s visceral tissue damage,which is a great help for subsequent treatment,providing guarantee for subsequent work.
