达英-35配合促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究达英-35配合促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的临床效果。方法择取2019年1月—2020年2月期间该院收治的88例PCOS不孕症患者参与研究,根据数字表法进行随机分组,44例对照组采用达英-35治疗,44例观察组采用达英-35配合促排卵法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后性激素水平,临床治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者FSH(4.06±1.12)IU/L、T(1.15±0.36)mmol/L和LH(4.86±1.14)IU/L水平低于对照组(7.43±1.23)IU/L、(3.42±0.57)mmol/L、(8.53±1.45)IU/L,比较差异有统计学意义(t=13.438、22.335、13.198,P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(95.45%)高于对照组77.27%,不良反应发生率(6.82%)低于对照组27.27%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.175、6.510,P<0.05)。结论针对PCOS不孕症患者开展达英-35联合促排卵法治疗能够有效纠正患者异常的性激素,提升治疗效果,因此该种治疗方法可以用于临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with ovulation stimulation in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods 88 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected to participate in the study,and randomized according to the number table method.Among them,44 cases of control group were treated with Diane-35 treatment,44 cases observation group were treated with,Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction therapy,compare the levels of sex hormones before and after treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FSH(4.06±1.12)IU/L,T(1.15±0.36)mmol/L and LH(4.86±1.14)IU/L levels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(7.43±1.23)IU/L,(3.42±0.57)mmol/L,(8.53±1.45)IU/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.438,22.335,13.198,P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(95.45%)was higher than The control group was 77.27%,the incidence of adverse reactions(6.82%)was lower than the control group 27.27%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.175,6.510,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction therapy for patients with PCOS infertility can effectively correct the patients'abnormal sex hormones and improve the treatment effect.Therefore,this treatment method can be used for clinical promotion.
