摘  要:为研究液态铅铋合金的流动传热特性,建立了相应的实验台架,并开展了传热特性试验,获得了1组针对液态铅铋合金的传热关系式。同时使用Fluent程序对圆管内铅铋合金的流动换热进行了模拟计算,以研究不同湍流普朗特数模型和不同湍流模型的选取对计算结果的影响。根据计算结果,探讨了不同湍流普朗特数模型对计算结果的影响,并得到了不同Peclet数下推荐使用的物理模型。In order to study the flow heat transfer characteristics of liquid lead-bismuth eutectic alloy,the corresponding experimental bench was established,and the heat transfer characteristics test was carried out.A set of heat transfer relations for liquid lead-bismuth eutectic alloy were obtained based on the experimental data.At the same time,Fluent program was used to simulate the flow heat transfer of lead-bismuth eutectic alloy in a circular tube,so as to study the influence of different turbulence Prandtl number models and the selection of different turbulence models on the calculation results.Finally,based on the calculation results,the influence of different turbulence Prandtl number models on the calculation results was discussed,and the recommended physical models under different range of Peclet number were presented.
