摘  要:尾矿水的再利用越来越得到重视,但简单的回用会影响现场的生产指标。以内蒙古某硫化铅锌矿为例,原矿Pb品位2.48%,Zn品位2.84%。正常生产的情况下,铅精矿含铅68%左右,含锌5%左右;锌精矿含锌49%左右,含铅0.5%左右。然而,随着生产回水的返回,生产中,铅精矿品位下降,含锌偏高,含铅65%左右,含锌10%左右,从而导致锌精矿的回收率降低;试验研究最终采用回水通过添加一定的硫化钠,消除回水中的铜离子,使生产恢复正常。Recycling of tailings water has attracted more and more attention,but the simple reuse will get bad affect for on-site production targets.Taking one lead-zinc sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia as the example,the grade of Pb and Zn separately is 2.48%and 2.84%,under normal circumstances of production,the lead content is about 68%,the zinc content is about 5%in the lead concentrate;the zinc content is about 49%,the lead content is about 5%in zinc concentrate.However,in the production along with the returning of back water,the grade of lead concentrate decreased,the zinc content is on the high side,the lead content is about 65%,the zinc content is about 10%,so the recovery rate of zinc concentrate is decreased;therefore in the test,a certain sodium sulfide is added through back water to eliminate the copper ion in back water and to bring production back to normal.
