摘  要:采用注射成形工艺制备了CuW5、CuW10和CuW15系列复合材料。实验从控制烧结样品微观结构的角度出发,对三种成分的CuW复合材料进行了不同温度下的烧结。重点考察了烧结温度及保温时间对烧结坯微观结构的影响,探讨两相不溶的复合材料的烧结致密化行为,同时对烧结坯的综合性能进行了检测。实验结果显示,CuW复合材料注射坯经一次烧结后达到95%以上的相对密度,三维线性收缩率均匀,钨颗粒均匀分布于铜基体上。CuW复合材料导电率与致密度、钨含量相关,导电率随烧结密度增加而增大,钨含量增加CuW复合材料导电率降低。Composites Cuw5,Cuw10 and Cuw15 were formed by injection.In order to control the microstructure of the sintered samples,three kinds of CuW composites were sintered at different temperatures.The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the microstructure of sintered billets were investigated.The sintering densification behavior of the two-phase insoluble composites was discussed.The comprehensive properties of the sintered billets were tested.The experimental results show that the relative density of CuW composite is more than 95% after one-step sintering,the three-dimensional linear shrinkage is uniform,and the tungsten particles are uniformly distributed on the copper matrix.The conductivity of CuW composites is related to density and tungsten content.the conductivity increases with the increasing of sintering density,and the conductivity decreases with the increasing of tungsten content.
