摘　　要：介绍了锌浸渣侧吹连续熔化炉冶炼烟气制酸项目的工艺流程、工艺特点、主要设备选型及生产实践存在的问题及解决措施。生产实践表明:该装置采用的工艺技术先进,装备优良,环保友好,各项工艺指标均达到设计值,SO_(2)转化率大于99.95%,尾气排放SO_(2)质量浓度低于100 mg/m^(3)。This paper introduces the process flow,process characteristics,main equipment selection,problems existing in production practice and solutions of acid making with metallurgical gas by zinc leaching slag side-blown continuous melting furnace.The production practice shows that advanced process technology,excellent equipment and environmental-friendly protection of the device are used to achieve design value of all the process indexes.The conversion rate of sulfur dioxide is more than 99.95%,and the mass concentration of SO_(2) emitted from tail gas is lower than 100mg/m^(3).
