FF现场总线在铅锌冶炼厂烟气制酸项目的应用

摘　　要：结合某铅锌冶炼厂烟气制酸系统,介绍和分析基金会现场总线(FF)技术,并针对应用过程中出现的仪表选型、仪表调试、FF总线系统组态调试等问题提出了相应的解决办法。实践证明,使用现场总线,可大幅减少线缆和安装费用,节省安装调试时间,降低项目成本。This paper introduces the foundation field bus(FF)technology,analyzes the application of FF Field bus Control System in the acid making system of a lead-zinc smelter,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in the application process,such as instrument selection,instrument debugging,FF Bus system configuration debugging,etc.The practice proves that the use of Field bus can greatly reduce the cable and installation cost,save installation and debugging time,which is very beneficial to the control of project cost.
