摘 要:污泥脱水是污泥处理的关键,酸预处理能改变污泥中的水分分布,有利于机械脱水。渗沥液浓缩液中含有无机盐类物质,可通过两道膜系统制备酸液回用。设计制备渗沥液浓缩液酸,配合聚合氯化铝,考察在二者共同作用下,对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,在10 t/d的中试中,经过5%聚合氯化铝与30%浓缩液酸组合调理,能达到泥饼含水率小于60%的处置要求,实现两废共治,废物利用的经济效益、环境效益.Sludge dewatering is the key of sludge treatment.Acid pretreatment can change the water distribution in sludge,which is conducive to mechanical dewatering.The leach concentrate contains inorganic salts,which can be reused by two membrane systems.In this paper,leach concentrate acid was designed and prepared,combined with polyaluminium chloride,to investigate the effect of the two on sludge dewatering performance.The results show that in the pilot test of 10 t/d,5%polyaluminium chloride combined with 30%acid from concentrated can meet the disposal requirement that the moisture content of mud cake is less than 60%,realize the CO treatment of two wastes,and have the economic and environmental value of further research and application.
