摘　　要：目的客观评价中医康复诊疗方案对神经根型颈椎病的疗效,为进一步优化其诊疗方案奠定基础。方法回顾常州市中医医院自2018年1月-2019年9月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者190例,均予以中医康复诊疗方案,收集患者性别、年龄、病程时间、住院天数,以及入院前、入院第5天、出院时的VAS评分和ODI指数等资料,同时计算住院期间VAS评分和ODI指数的变化幅度。进一步分析住院天数与VAS、ODI变化幅度的线性关系,以及病程长久与VAS、ODI改善的相关性。结果(1)所有患者治疗前后VAS评分和ODI指数显著改善,且出院时和第5天比较存在统计学差异,两者改善趋势呈线性相关。(2)治疗天数与VAS、ODI变化幅度无线性相关性。(3)不同病程时间的患者VAS改善无明显差异,但ODI改善存在显著差异,且在3个月~5年病程的患者人群中改善效果最好。结论中医康复诊疗方案可改善神经根型颈椎病患者的VAS评分和ODI指数评分,但随着住院天数增加,VAS、ODI改善不明显;进一步分析认为,病程长久与VAS、ODI的改善无明显联系。Objective To objectively evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation treatment in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and to lay the foundation for further optimization of diagnosis and treatment.Methods From January 2018 to the September 2019,190 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to the Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively studied.All patients were given TCM rehabilitation treatment plan.The clinical data of gender,age,duration of disease,length of hospital stay,VAS score and ODI index before admission,on the 5th day of admission and at discharge were collected,and the changes of VAS and ODI during hospitalization were calculated.The linear relationship between the length of hospital stay and the changes of VAS and ODI,and the correlation between the long course of disease and the improvement of VAS and ODI were further analyzed.Results The VAS and ODI were improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,and there was statistically significant difference between discharge and day 5,and the improvement trend was linearly correlated.The treatment days and the changes of VAS and ODI had no linear correlation.There was no significant difference in the improvement of VAS between different disease durations,but there was significant difference in ODI,and the improvement was best in patients with disease course from 3 months to 5 years.Conclusion The rehabilitation of TCM can improve the VAS and ODI scores of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.With the increase of hospitalization days,the improvement of VAS and ODI is not obvious.Further analysis shows that there is no obvious relationship between the long-term disease and the improvement of VAS and ODI.
