水性内墙低气味耐污涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：研究了水性低气味内墙耐污涂料的制备方法,讨论了聚合物乳液、成膜助剂、颜填料、冻融稳定剂对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,采用低气味的苯丙乳液1,添加不透明聚合物、冻融稳定剂等制备的耐污涂料,具有低气味、低VOC含量、耐污性能优等特点,性能优于HG/T 4756—2014《内墙耐污渍乳胶涂料》要求,适用于家庭客厅、儿童房、厨房或幼儿园等儿童接触较多或易污染的墙面。The preparation of water-borne low-odor interior wall antifouling coatings was studied.The effects of polymer emulsion,film-forming additives,pigments and fillers,and freeze-thaw stabilizers on the properties of the coatings were discussed.The results showed that the antifouling coatings prepared by adding low odor styrene-acrylic emulsion 1,opaque polymer and freeze-thaw stabilizer had low odor,low VOC and excellent antifouling performance.The performance is better than the requirements of HG/T 4756-2014"Stain-resistant latex paint for interior walls",and it is suitable for family living rooms,children's rooms,kitchens or kindergartens and other wall that children are prone to contact or easily be polluted.
