摘 要:针对高强混凝土预制构件因水胶比低导致混凝土过黏的问题,进行了高强混凝土预制构件用早强型聚羧酸系减水剂的黏性试验研究,对掺自主研制的早强型聚羧酸系减水剂HLC-PCE的净浆Marsh时间、净浆/砂浆塑性黏度、混凝土T500及倒坍落度排空时间等性能进行评价,并与国内外同类产品进行对比。结果表明,掺HLC-PCE的水泥基材料在流动度相当的前提下,具有较短的Marsh时间、较低的净浆/砂浆塑性黏度及较短的混凝土倒坍落度排空时间,降黏性能优异。High strength concrete for prefabricated components is too sticky due to low water-to-binder ratio.Because of this problem,an experimental study on the viscosity of early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high strength concrete prefabricated components was carried out.The properties of the cement-based materials with early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer HLC-PCE independently developed,such as Marsh time of pastes,plastic viscosity of pastes/mortars,T500 and invertedslump cone flowtime of concrete,were evaluated.And comparison was carried out with similar products at home and abroad.The results show that the cement-based materials mixed with HLC-PCE early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer have shorter Marsh time of pastes,lower plastic viscosity of cement-based pastes/mortars and shorter inverted slump cone flowtime of concrete when the fluidity is the same,so the viscosity reducing property is excellent.
