摘  要:为了研究陶瓷透水路面砖内部孔隙结构与渗透性能间的关系,对其圆柱芯样进行CT扫描和图像处理,得到其上下层的孔隙结构并进行二维和三维孔隙特征分析;同时基于确定尺寸的特征单元体,利用Avizo渗流模拟模块对圆柱样上下层的渗透性能进行分析。结果表明:上层和下层的连通孔隙三维等效直径均比其孤立孔隙大,2种孔隙等效直径分别集中在[1000μm,2000μm]、[50μm,100μm]区间内,而孤立孔隙的三维轮廓形态相比连通孔隙更规则;上下层各特征单元体的有效孔隙率与总孔隙率间满足幂函数关系,而其渗透系数不仅与有效孔隙率呈正相关关系,还与孔隙大小分布、比表面积等因素有关。In order to study the relationship between the internal pore structure and permeability of permeable ceramic pavement brick,CT scanning and image processing were performed on the cylindrical sample to obtain the pore structure of it,and then the two-dimensional and three-dimensional pore characteristics were analyzed.Based on the determined representative elementary volume,the permeability of cylindrical sample was also analyzed by the method of seepage simulation.The results show that the three-dimensional equivalent diameters of the connected pores in the upper and lower layers are generally larger than those of the isolated pores which are mainly respectively concentrated in the intervals[1000μm,2000μm]and[50μm,100μm],while the profile morphology of isolated pores is more regular than that of connected pores.The relationship between effective porosity and total porosity of the representative elementary volume in the upper and lower layers satisfies the power function,and the permeability coefficient is not only positively correlated with the effective porosity,but also correlated with the pore size distribution,the specific surface area of pore and et.al.
