肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者行中医护理对住院时间及血糖指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探索肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者行中医护理对住院时间及血糖指标的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2019年6月期间60例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者为试验对象,选择单双号随机化分组,各30例,观察组采用中医护理,对照组采用常规护理,随后对比两组患者护理后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、创面愈合时间、住院时间、护理满意度。结果观察组糖化血红蛋白(5.39±0.53)%、餐后2 h血糖(9.11±1.35)mmol/L、空腹血糖(6.23±0.55)mmol/L优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),创面愈合时间(20.62±2.13)d、住院时间(22.39±2.54)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理用于肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者效果显著,可降低血糖水平,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with perianal abscess combined with diabetes on the length of stay and blood glucose indicators.Methods 60 patients with perianal abscess and diabetes from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected as test subjects,and randomized groups with odd and even numbers were selected,30 cases in each group,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine care;the control group received routine care,and then compared the two groups of patients after care of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,wound healing time,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group's glycosylated hemoglobin(5.39±0.53)%,2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.11±1.35)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(6.23±0.55)mmol/L were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and wound healing time(20.62±2.13)d,hospitalization time(22.39±2.54)d was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction(100.00%)was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is effective for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes,which can reduce blood glucose levels and shorten the length of hospital stay.
