糖尿病眼底出血的护理对策研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病眼底出血的护理对策,为后续临床护理提供方法参考。方法以2019年1—12月128例糖尿病眼底出血患者为研究对象,所有患者均采取控制血糖、饮食护理、健康教育、合理运动等模式综合性的护理措施,护理后根据患者的眼底出血吸收情况分析护理后血吸收状况,采用自制的护理满意度迪调查量表评价患者对于该次护理的态度。结果128例患者中,眼底出血全部吸收患者58例,部分吸收50例,患者眼底出血吸收有效率为84.4%;128例患者中,满意90例,基本满意35例,不满意3例,护理满意度为97.7%;空腹血糖(5.52±1.31)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(7.81±2.91)mmol/L。结论糖尿病眼底出血发病机制复杂,给予患者综合性的护理干预后可促进血液的吸收,并获得患者的高度认可,说明该种护理方式有效提升临床治疗效果,值得推荐使用。Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures for diabetic fundus hemorrhage and provide method reference for follow-up clinical nursing.Methods 128 cases of diabetic fundus hemorrhage from January to December 2019 were taken as the research object.All patients took comprehensive nursing measures such as blood glucose control,diet care,health education,and reasonable exercise.After nursing,they were absorbed according to the patient's fundus hemorrhage.Analyze the blood absorption status after nursing,and use the self-made nursing satisfaction survey scale to evaluate the patient's attitude towards this nursing.Results Of the 128 patients,58 patients had full absorption of fundus hemorrhage and 50 patients had partial absorption.The effective rate of absorption of fundus hemorrhage was 84.4%.Among 128 patients,90 were satisfied,35 were basically satisfied,and 3 were not satisfied.Nursing satisfaction rate was 97.7%;fasting blood glucose(5.52±1.31)mmol/L,and 2h postprandial blood glucose(7.81±2.91)mmol/L.Conclusion The pathogenesis of diabetic fundus hemorrhage is complicated.Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote blood absorption and obtain high recognition from patients.It shows that this nursing method can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and is worth recommending.
