南宁市售茶叶重金属含量及健康风险评价

摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP–MS)法测定了南宁市售茶叶中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、As、Cr和Ni七种重金属的含量,运用内梅罗综合污染指数对重金属污染水平进行评价,运用靶标危害系数法对重金属人体健康风险进行评估。结果表明:试验方法精密度和准确度都较高,市售茶叶中重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、As、Cr和Ni的含量差异较大,其中Pb、Cd、As和Cr的含量均未超过茶叶中重金属标准限值,且均处于安全等级,综合污染指数(P_(综))≤0.7;茶叶中各重金属的单一靶标危害系数(THQ)及综合危害系数的(HI)均远小于1,对人体健康风险小,表明南宁市售茶叶中的重金属不存在明显的健康风险。This study analyzed the concentration of Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,As,Cr and Ni in tea that sold in Nanning markets using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry.The Nemero integrative pollution index was adopted to evaluate the pollution level of heavy metals,and the target hazard quotients was adopted to evaluate the human health risk of heavy metals.The results showed that the precision and accuracy of the test method were both high.The contents of Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,As,Cr and Ni were variation in differeent kinds of teas,and the contents of Pb,Cd,As and Cr were all lower than those safety limitations in the relevant safety standards.The pollution levels of Pb,Cd,As and Cr were all safety(P_(integration)≤0.7).The single target hazard quotients(THQ)and comprehensive target hazard quotients(HI)of every heavy metal were all lower than 1,which indicating that there were no obvious health risk.The results showed that there was no significant health risk of heavy metals in tea that sold in Nanning markets.
