摘 要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子光谱法(ICP-AES)测定有机肥料中营养元素的方法,为科学调查有机肥料中营养元素含量提供技术支持。方法:采用电热板消解方法进行前处理,采用ICP-AES测定锰、铁、锌、铜、钙、镁、钾、磷等8种营养元素在有机肥料样品中的含量。结果:ICP-AES测定8种营养元素的检出限为0.1~13.7mg/kg,精密度为0.9%~2.7%,加标回收率为88.5%~115%。结论:以ICP-AES测定有机肥料中营养元素具有易于操作、选择性好、灵敏度高、定量准确等优势,可在有机肥料营养价值评估中推广应用。Objective:The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)method for determining of eight elements in organic fertilizer were established,in order to provide technical supported for scientific investigation of nutrient elements in organic fertilizer.Method:The samples were digested by Electric heating board digestion method.The contents of nutrient elements including Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg,K,P in the organic fertilizer samples were determined by ICP-AES.Result:The detection limits 0f eight nutrient elements were 0.1~13.7mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)Was 0.9%~2.7%.Recovery was in the range of 88.5%~115%.Conclusion:detennination of nutrient elements in organic fertilizer by ICP-AES has advantages of easy operation,good selectivity,high sensitivity and accuracy.It can be application and dissemination in nutritive value assessment of organic fertilizer.
