摘 要:为了进一步探讨医院效率和利用计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)之间的关系。我们随机抽取了131家医院在2014-2018年的病例进行问卷调查。通过随机前沿分析估计医院成本低成本效率得分,并通过一系列具有医院水平固定效应的线性回归模型,检验了分数以及人口、GDP、医院数量、手术病例年数和病床数与CT和MRI利用率的关系。此外还进行了一系列的敏感性检查,以估计低成本效率分数或对回归模型中的分数应用不同的时间滞后。研究结果表明描述性和回归分析显示评分与CT(Po 0.01)或MRI(po0.05)利用率呈正相关。在其他协变量方面,医院容量、手术病例年数与CT(Po 0.05)显著相关,而与MRI(p40.05)利用率无关。并通过灵敏度实验证实了结果的稳健性。In order to further explore the relationship between hospital efficiency and the use of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).We randomly selected 131 hospitals in 2014-2018 to conduct a questionnaire survey.The score of hospital cost-effectiveness was estimated by stochastic frontier analysis,and the relationship between the score,population,GDP,number of hospitals,years of operation cases and number of beds and CT and MRI utilization was tested by a series of linear regression models with hospital level fixed effect.In addition,a series of sensitivity checks were performed to estimate the low cost efficiency score or to apply different time lags to the scores in the regression model.Descriptive and regression analysis showed that the score was positively correlated with CT(PO 0.01)or MRI(PO 0.05)utilization.In terms of other covariates,hospital capacity and years of operation were significantly correlated with CT(PO 0.05),but not with MRI(p40.05).The robustness of the results is verified by sensitivity experiments.
