摘  要:目的研究公立医院中层干部的激励满意度与组合激励策略。方法采用问卷调查、描述性统计分析、相关分析、方差分析等方法进行研究。结果该文在2018年3—6月通过问卷调查,收集了161份样本。对激励的12个维度的满意度进行分析,发现各维度均值在4.20~4.96之间,即比较满意和满意之间,其中医院文化均值最高,相比其他维度最满意,其次是表扬方式、人际关系、上级关怀等;相关分析和方差分析发现,不同个性特征对激励的满意度有显著性影响。结论根据中层干部不同的特征,应制定不同的激励策略。Objective To study the incentive satisfaction and combined incentive strategies of middle-level cadres in public hospitals.Methods Use questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,analysis of variance and other methods to conduct research.Results This paper collected 161 samples through a questionnaire survey.Analyzing the satisfaction of the 12 dimensions of incentives,it was found that the average value of each dimension was between 4.20 and 4.96,that is,between relatively satisfied and satisfied.Among them,the average value of hospital culture is the highest,and the most satisfactory compared to other dimensions,followed by praise method and interpersonal relationship,superior care,etc.;correlation analysis and variance analysis found that different personality characteristics had a significant impact on motivation satisfaction.Conclusion According to the different characteristics of middle-level cadres,different incentive strategies should be formulated.
