摘  要:目的探讨研究临床教学基地3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员的管理途径,从而有效地提升3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员的能力以及水平。方法回顾分析2018年5月—2019年5月70名该院所招收的3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员,结合不同学员的培养模式以及管理方法。探讨临床教学基地3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员的管理方法。结果针对这70名临床教学基地3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员的具体情况来探讨分析学员管理方法。结论有效地对临床教学基地3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员实行绩效考核管理以及成绩管理是临床教学基地3+2助理全科医师规范化培训学员的重要管理途径。Objective To explore the management methods of 3+2 assistant general practitioner standardized training students in clinical teaching bases,so as to effectively improve the ability and level of 3+2 assistant general practitioner standardized training students.Methods A retrospective analysis from May 2018 to May 201970 standardized training trainees of 3+2 assistant general practitioners recruited by the hospital,combined with the training models and management methods of different trainees.Discuss the management methods of standardized training students for 3+2 assistant general practitioners in clinical teaching bases.Results According to the specific conditions of the 3+2 assistant general practitioner standardized training students in these 70 clinical teaching bases,we will discuss and analyze the management methods of the students.Conclusion Effective implementation of performance appraisal management and performance management for standardized training students of 3+2 assistant general practitioners in clinical teaching bases is an important management approach for standardized training students of 3+2 assistant general practitioners in clinical teaching bases.
