摘　　要：目的分析河北省某三甲医院2016—2018年科研产出情况。方法以河北省某三甲医院2016—2018年的科研立项、发表论文、申报成果为数据源进行统计分析。结果2016—2018年河北省某三甲医院科研批准立项、论文发表数量呈上升趋势,省级成果奖申报数量基本恒定,厅级成果奖呈现增长趋势。结论河北省某三甲医院近3年的科研产出呈增长趋势,但是高水平的科研立项、论文、成果较少。医院在今后的科研管理过程中要制定科研相关配套政策,增强科研人员的科研积极性,加强科研团队协作,促进医院科研成果产出实现量的增长和质的飞跃。Objective To analyze the scientific research output of a tertiary A hospital in Hebei Province from 2016 to 2018.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted based on the scientific research projects,published papers,and application results of a tertiary A hospital in Hebei Province from 2016 to 2018.Results From 2016 to 2018,the number of scientific research approvals and papers published in a tertiary hospital in Hebei Province was on the rise,the number of provincial achievement awards was basically constant,and the department-level achievement awards showed an increasing trend.Conclusion The scientific research output of a tertiary hospital in Hebei Province has shown an increasing trend in the past three years,but there are few high-level scientific research projects,papers,and achievements.In the future scientific research management process,the hospital shall formulate relevant supporting policies for scientific research,enhance the scientific research enthusiasm of scientific researchers,strengthen the collaboration of scientific research teams,and promote the quantitative growth and qualitative leap in the output of scientific research results of the hospital.
