三甲综合性医院医务人员心理状态与应对方式、职业倦怠关系的研究

摘　　要：目的对三级甲等医院医护人员心理状况与应对方式、职业倦怠关系的探讨。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表问卷、职业倦怠问卷对304名不同三级甲等医院的内科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果三家医院医护人员心理状况,应对方式中的解决问题因子、合理化因子、幻想因子与SCL-90中的各因子分存在显著负性相关关系(P<0.01),不同职称、不同职业的应对方式比较有差异,职业倦怠总分与SCL-90中的因子均存在显著性相关关系(P<0.01)。在同等压力状态下,应对方式不同对医护人员的职业倦怠影响和心理状况均不同。结论职业倦怠是医护人员心理问题的重要影响因素,应对方式是心理状态和工作倦怠有效调节变量,其中积极应对的调节作用更显著。Objective To explore the relationship between psychological status,coping style and job burnout of medical staff in tertiary A hospitals.Methods SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale questionnaire and occupational burnout questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 304 medical staff in different tertiary and first-class hospitals.Results The psychological conditions of the medical staff in the three hospitals,the problem-solving factors,rationalization factors,and fantasy factors in the coping styles were significantly negatively correlated with the factors in SCL-90(P<0.01),and the coping with different professional titles and different occupations had differences in the way,the total score of job burnout and the factors in SCL-90 had a significant correlation(P<0.01).Under the same pressure,different coping styles had different effects on the job burnout and psychological status of medical staff.Conclusion Occupational burnout is an important influencing factor of medical staff's psychological problems.Coping style is an effective modulating variable of mental state and job burnout,and active coping has a more significant modulating effect.
