摘 要:随着医疗深化改革的不断推进,新医疗环境下公立医院绩效管理问题日渐凸显。公立医院在发展过程中,医院对医务工作者绩效改革力度逐渐加大。医院传统绩效管理体制制度不明确,易造成医疗服务出现偏差。为了保障医疗工作者的切实利益和公立医院的可持续健康发展,合理构建并完善新医改环境下公立医院精细化绩效管理,意义重大。该文就绩效管理的背景、解决对策等方面来分析新医疗环境下公立医院精细化绩效管理改革。With the continuous advancement of the deepening of medical reforms,the performance management of public hospitals under the new medical environment has become increasingly prominent.In the development process of public hospitals,the hospital has gradually increased its efforts to reform the performance of medical workers.The traditional hospital performance management system is not clear,and it is easy to cause deviations in medical services.In order to protect the real interests of medical workers and the sustainable and healthy development of public hospitals,it is of great significance to rationally construct and improve the refined performance management of public hospitals under the new medical reform environment.Therefore,this article analyzes the refined performance management reform of public hospitals in the new medical environment from the background of performance management and solutions.
