摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应室集中清洗消毒氧气湿化瓶所发挥的效果。方法选择该院在2019年12月—2020年3月进行清洗消毒的氧气湿化瓶1000件,分为研究组和对照组,各500件,研究组应用消毒供应室集中清洗消毒管理方式,对照组实施病房分散消毒管理,对比两组消毒保存后第1、7、14、21、28天的细菌监测合格率。结果两组在消毒后第1天湿化瓶细菌监测合格率均为100%;研究组随后持续4次监测合格率均为100%,其余7、14、21、28 d细菌监测合格率均显著高于对照组,数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用消毒供应室集中清洗消毒氧气湿化瓶可显著提升清洗、消毒质量,延长无菌保存时间,有助于降低吸氧治疗患者院内感染风险,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of centralized cleaning and disinfection of oxygen humidification bottles in the disinfection supply room.Methods Selected 1000 oxygen humidification bottles that were cleaned and disinfected in the hospital from December 2019 to March 2020,and divided them into the study group and the control group,each with 500 pieces.The study group applied the centralized cleaning and disinfection management method of the disinfection supply room,and the control group implemented decentralized disinfection management in the ward,and the comparison of the bacterial monitoring qualification rates of the two groups on the 1,7,14,21,and 28 d after disinfection and preservation.Results The qualified rate of bacteria monitoring in the humidified bottles of the two groups on the first day after disinfection was 100%;the qualified rate of the research group's subsequent 4 consecutive monitoring was 100%,and the qualified rate of bacteria monitoring on the remaining 7,14,21,and 28 d were significantly higher than the control group,data comparison,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the disinfection supply room to centrally clean and disinfect oxygen humidification bottles can significantly improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection,prolong the aseptic storage time,and help reduce the risk of nosocomial infection in patients treated with oxygen.It is worthy of application.
