摘 要:目的探讨异体输血对输血患者血清IL-2、IL-6、sIL-2R水平的影响。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年2月实施异体输血的300例患者进行研究,硬币法随机分组,研究组(150例,输血时输入去白悬浮红细胞),对照组(150例,输入悬浮红细胞)。对比两组患者不同时间段IL-2、IL-6、sIL-2R水平。结果研究组术后1 d与术后5 d血清IL-2水平(1.81±0.21)、(2.06±0.25)ng/mL显著高于对照组(1.34±0.23)、(1.68±0.27)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=18.482、12.647,P<0.05);研究组术后1 d与术后5 d的IL-6(4.12±0.84)、(3.82±0.73)ng/mL、sIL-2R(1002.09±249.82)、(901.28±232.55)ng/mL水平低于对照组(7.51±0.92)、(6.97±0.69)ng/mL,(1253.81±243.81)、(1238.26±230.08)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=33.327、38.407、8.832、12.617,P<0.05)。结论患者异体输血后IL-2、IL-6、sIL-2R水平可能因免疫细胞功发生改变,与直接输入悬浮红细胞相比,输入去白悬浮红细胞引发的免疫抑制反应更轻,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of allogeneic blood transfusion on the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and sIL-2R in blood transfusion patients.Methods 300 patients who underwent allogeneic blood transfusion in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected.The coin method was randomly divided into the study group(150 cases,transfusion of white suspended red blood cells during blood transfusion),and the control group(150 cases,transfusion suspended red blood cells).The levels of IL-2,IL-6,and sIL-2R in the two groups were compared at different time periods.Results Serum IL-2 levels(1.81±0.21)ng/mL,(2.06±0.25)ng/mL of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(1.34±0.23)ng/mL,(1.68±0.27)ng/mL on the 1 d and 5 d after the operation,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.482,12.647,P<0.05);IL-6(4.12±0.84)ng/mL,(3.82±0.7)ng/mL and sIL-2R levels(1002.09±249.82)ng/mL,(901.28±232.55)ng/mL in the study group were lower on the 1st and 5th postoperative days in the control group,(7.51±0.92)ng/mL,(6.97±0.69)ng/mL,(1253.81±243.81)ng/mL,(1238.26±230.08)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=33.327,38.407,8.832,12.617,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-2,IL-6,and sIL-2R in patients after allogeneic blood transfusion may be changed due to the function of immune cells.Compared with direct infusion of suspended red blood cells,the immunosuppressive reaction induced by the infusion of white suspended red blood cells is lighter and is worth applying.
