比较不同疗程对药物面膜联合红蓝光治疗中度Ⅱ级痤疮的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析不同疗程对药物面膜+红蓝光治疗中度Ⅱ级痤疮的效果。方法该研究对象为方便选取2018年1月—2020年1月间来院治疗的44例中度Ⅱ级痤疮患者。对其行药物面膜+红蓝光治疗,对比不同疗程的总有效率、皮损积分和不良反应率,并记录复发率。结果第1疗程的总有效率(68.18%)较第2疗程(79.55%),第3疗程(93.18%),第4疗程(97.73%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.331,P<0.05);第1疗程的皮损积分为(31.87±0.65)分,显著高于第2疗程(23.37±0.51)分,第3疗程(18.32±0.44)分和第4疗程(12.51±0.32)分,其中,第1疗程与第4疗程对比差异有统计学意义(t=85.697,P<0.05);第1疗程的不良反应率(25.00%)显著高于第2疗程(13.64%),第3疗程(9.09%)和第4疗程(4.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.567,P<0.05);随访3个月,患者的复发率为4.55%。结论为中度Ⅱ级痤疮患者行药物面膜+红蓝光治疗可增强疗效,改善皮损症状,且安全性好,远期疗效理想。Objective To analyze the effects of different courses of treatment on the treatment of moderate acne acne by the treatment of medicinal mask+red and blue light.Methods The research object of this study was convenient selected 44 patients with moderate grade II acne who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2020.The drug mask+red and blue light treatment was performed to compare the total effective rate,skin lesion integral and adverse reaction rate of different courses of treatment,and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the first course of treatment(68.18%)was lower than that of the second course(79.55%),the third course(93.18%),and the fourth course(97.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.331,P<0.05);The skin lesion score of the first course of treatment was(31.87±0.65)points,which was significantly higher than the second course of treatment(23.37±0.51)points,the third course of treatment(18.32±0.44)points,and the fourth course of treatment(12.51±0.32)points,of which after comparing the first course of treatment with the fourth course of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=85.697,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the first course of treatment(25.00%)was significantly higher than that of the second course of treatment(13.64%),the third course of treatment(9.09%)and the fourth course of treatment(4.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.567,P<0.05).The patient's recurrence rate was 4.55%after 3 months of follow-up.Conclusion The treatment of medicinal mask+red and blue light for moderate acne patients can enhance the curative effect,improve the symptoms of skin lesions,and has good safety and ideal long-term curative effect.
