评价中医适宜技术在二次剖宫产优质护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析中医适宜技术在二次剖宫产优质护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2019年4月—2020年4月诊治的88例二次剖宫产产妇开展该次试验研究,选取随机数字表法将所有产妇均分为参照组和研究组,每组44例。参照组行全程优质护理,研究组在全程优质护理的基础上行中医适宜技术,比较两组护理效果。结果与参照组焦虑(SAS)评分(56.45±2.35)分、疼痛(VAS)评分(4.25±2.25)分和术后排气时间(3.15±0.84)d相比,研究组(40.16±4.25)分、(2.65±1.25)分和(1.61±0.72)d均明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(t=22.250、4.123、9.233,P<0.05);与参照组产科不良事件发生率18.18%相比,研究组4.55%明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044);与参照组护理满意度84.09%相比,研究组97.73%明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.553,P=0.033)。结论在二次剖宫产产妇全程优质护理中应用中医适宜技术能够有效改善患者的心理状态和健康水平,能够有效降低不良事件发生概率,有助于提升护理质量,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of suitable Chinese medicine techniques in high-quality nursing for the second cesarean section.Methods Conveniently selected 88 cases of second cesarean section women diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 to carry out this experimental study.Random number table method was selected to divide all women into reference group and study group,44 cases in each group.example.The reference group performed the whole course of high-quality nursing,and the research group performed appropriate Chinese medicine techniques on the basis of the whole course of high-quality nursing,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group's anxiety(SAS)score(56.45±2.35)points,pain(VAS)score(4.25±2.25)points and postoperative exhaust time(3.15±0.84)d,the study group(40.16±4.25)points,(2.65±1.25)points and(1.61±0.72)d were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.250,4.123,9.233,P<0.05);compared with the reference group in incidence of obstetric adverse events 18.18%,the study group 4.55%was lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044);compared with 84.09%of the reference group,97.73%of the study group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.553,P=0.033).Conclusion The application of appropriate TCM techniques in the quality care of women with second cesarean section can effectively improve the mental state and health of the patients,can effectively reduce the probability of adverse events,help improve the quality of care,and have promotional value.
