宫腔镜技术在异常子宫出血患者诊疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的阐述异常子宫出血患者以宫腔镜技术诊疗的方法,并分析临床应用价值。方法该次研究时间范围为2018年1月—2019年12月,方便抽选该院接受诊治的异常子宫出血患者82例,分别接受宫腔镜检查与经阴道B超检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,分析两种诊疗技术准确性。结果经手术病理诊断发现,82例异常子宫出血患者中1例诊断为子宫内膜腺癌,1例诊断为子宫内膜不典型增生,35例诊断为子宫内膜息肉,13例诊断为子宫黏膜下肌瘤,12例诊断为妊娠组织残留,19例诊断为宫颈息肉,1例诊断为子宫瘢痕憩室。经宫腔镜技术诊断符合率明显高于经阴道B超诊断,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.330,P<0.05)。结论异常子宫出血情况采取宫腔镜技术诊断准确性较高,能够鉴别患者出血原因,为后续临床治疗提供参考。Objective To describe the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding by hysteroscopy,and analyze the clinical application value.Methods The study time range was from January 2018 to December 2019.The subjects conveniently selected 82 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital,and received hysteroscopy and transvaginal B-ultrasound,respectively.The pathological results are the gold standard,and the accuracy of the two diagnosis and treatment techniques was analyzed.Results After surgical pathological diagnosis,one of 82 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding was diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma,one was diagnosed as endometrial atypical hyperplasia,35 were diagnosed as endometrial polyps,and 13 were diagnosed as uterine mucosa inferior fibroids,12 cases were diagnosed as residual pregnancy tissue,19 cases were diagnosed as cervical polyps,and 1 case was diagnosed as uterine scar diverticulum.The diagnostic coincidence rate of hysteroscopy was significantly higher than that of transvaginal B-ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.330,P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy is highly accurate in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding,which can identify the cause of bleeding in patients and provide reference for follow-up clinical treatment.
