肖学锋运用毛冬青汤加减联合迈之灵片治疗骨科水肿病二则

摘　　要：肿胀在骨科非常常见,但对于有一些顽固性的骨科水肿病,比如淋巴回流受阻或下肢静脉不全引起的水肿,西医没有很好的疗效,中医药治疗却可以收获很好的疗效。肖学锋认为此类疾病多为气滞血瘀,阳虚寒凝经脉、痰湿阻络所致,病机为瘀(气滞血瘀、痰湿阻络),虚(阳虚寒凝经脉),以活血行气,温通经脉、祛湿通络为治法,予以毛冬青汤加减联合迈之灵片,成功缓解患者症状。Swelling is very common in orthopaedics,but for some obstinate orthopaedic edematosis,such as edema caused by obstruction of lymphoid reflux and edema caused by venous insufficiency of lower extremities,western medicine has no good curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can harvested very good curative effect,Xiao Xuefeng holds that such diseases are mostly due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation in meridians,phlegm dampness blocking collaterals,the pathogenesis is blood stasis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm dampness blocking collaterals),deficiency(Yang deficiency,cold coagulation in meridians),therefore,activating blood circulation,activating Qi,warming meridians and removing dampness and dredging collaterals are the treatment methods,Modified Maodongqing decoction(毛冬青汤)combined with Maizhiling tablet(迈之灵片)are applied to relieve the symptoms of the patients successfully.
