桑芩夜咳糖浆治疗小儿肺热型咳嗽的临床研究与疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:本研究主要是探讨桑芩夜糖浆治疗小儿肺热型咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法:2015年6月-2018年10月庆阳市中医院及人民医院门诊及住院的肺热型咳嗽患儿360例,采用单盲法随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组各180例。所有患儿均在西医治疗(抗感染、雾化吸入等)基础上,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片(鲁南贝特制药,规格5 mg×6片),每晚临睡前口服1次(2~6岁4 mg;>6岁5 mg),连续治疗7 d;治疗组在对照组基础上,加用桑芩夜咳糖浆(庆阳市中医医院中药制剂室),服药方法:2~5岁1次5 mL,5岁以上1次5~10 mL,每日3次,连续治疗7 d。观察两组患儿治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、发热等症状的改善情况,比较两组之间疗效的差异有无统计学意义。同时观察患儿用药前后出现的不良事件以评价其安全性。结果:治疗7 d后治疗组总有效率为96.1%(173/180),对照组为80.6%(145/180),两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,说明治疗组对小儿肺热型咳嗽及夜间咳嗽的治疗效果优于对照组。结论:桑芩夜咳糖浆治疗小儿肺热型咳嗽及夜间咳嗽疗效满意,安全可靠,值得继续深入研究并推广于临床。Objective:It's to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sangqin Yeke syrup in the treatment of pulmonary fever cough and nocturnal cough in children.Methods:From June 2015 to October 2018,360 cases of pediatric patients with pulmonary fever cough in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Qingyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups by single blind method:the treatment group and the control group,with 180 cases in each group.On the basis of western medicine treatment(anti-infection,atomization inhalation,etc.),the control group was given montelustra sodium chewable tablets(lunembert pharmaceutical,5 mg×6 tablets),and oral administration was given once a night before bedtime(4 mg for 2-6 years old;5mg for those who were over 6 years),continuous treatment was for 7 days;The treatment group received Sangqin Yeke syrup on the basis of the treatment of the control group(Qingyang city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparation room),medication method:for 2-5 years old once 5 mL,for those who were over 5 years old,once 5-10 mL,3 times a day,continuous treatment was for 7 days.To observe the improvement of cough,sputum,fever and other symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,and to compare the difference in the efficacy between the two groups with statistical significance.At the same time,the adverse events before and after medication were observed to evaluate their safety.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.1%(173/180)in the treatment group and 80.6%(145/180)in the control group.P<0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on pediatric pulmonary fever cough and night cough was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Sangqin Yeke syrup is effective and safe in the treatment of children with pulmonary fever cough and night cough.It is worthy of further study and clinical application.
