摘　　要：目的:观察祛风化痰活血方联合针灸治疗对缺血性脑卒中急性期风痰瘀阻证患者血脂、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,Hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)的影响。方法:将66例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分成两组,对照组采用内科基础治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用祛风化痰活血方联合针灸治疗。两组在治疗前后进行疗效和相关指标的比较。结果:治疗2周后,两组总有效率比较和两组间量表评分比较区间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:祛风化痰活血方联合针灸治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中患者,能够有效改善循环及炎性水平,且效果明显优于单纯内科治疗。Objective:To observe the effect of Qufeng Huatan Huoxue decoction(祛风化痰活血方)combined with acupuncture on blood lipid,hs-CRP and FIB in patients with wind,phlegm,stasis syndrome in the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods:66 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with basic internal medicine treatment;the treatment group was treated with Qufeng Huatan Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the curative effect and related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups in the total effective rate and the interval between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Qufeng Huatan Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve circulation and inflammatory factors in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and the effect is significantly better than that of simple medical treatment.
