摘　　要：窦性心动过缓是心内科常见病,其发病人群多以老年人为主,严重影响患者生活质量,李良为上海市嘉定区中医医院心内科主任医师、上海市基层名老中医专家传承研究工作室导师,从事临床四十余载,致力于从事中医药治疗心脏疾病的研究,经验丰富,尤其对于窦性心动过缓的研究更为深入,笔者有幸师从李主任学习,对于李主任治疗窦性心动过缓的临床经验窥见一二,现简述如下。Sinus bradycardia is a common disease in the department of cardiology,and its incidence is mainly in the elderly,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Li Liang is the chief physician in the Department of Cardiology of Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai,and the supervisor in the Inheritance Research Office of famous and old Chinese medicine experts at the grassroots level in Shanghai.He has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 40 years,and is committed to the research on the treatment of heart diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.He has rich experience,especially in the further research on sinus bradycardia.The author has the honor to learn from Director Li,Director Li's clinical experience in the treatment of sinus bradycardia is briefly described as follows.
