摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析方法系统评价炙甘草汤加减联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床效果。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库及PubMed数据库,收集炙甘草汤加减联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的随机对照试验,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献7篇,患者累计748例。Meta分析结果显示,炙甘草汤加减联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的心率、中医症状积分显著低于单用胺碘酮患者,且总有效率显著高于单用胺碘酮患者。结论:炙甘草汤加减联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床效果优于单用胺碘酮。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of Modified Zhigancao decoction(炙甘草汤加减)combined with Amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia by Meta-analysis.Methods:RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform Meta-analysis of the collected information of randomized controlled trials in the treatment of arrhythmia with Modified Zhigancao decoction combined with Amiodarone by retrieving from CNKI,Wan-Fang,VIP,CBM,PubMed database.Results:The study included 7 literatures,involving 748 cases.The Meta-analysis showed that the heart rate,the symptom score of Modified Zhigancao decoction combined with Amiodarone was significantly lower than that of Amiodarone alone in the treatment of arrhythmia.And the total efficiency always was significantly higher than that of Amiodarone alone.Conclusion:The clinical effects of Modified Zhigancao decoction combined with Amiodarone is better than that of Amiodarone alone in the treatment of Arrhythmia.
