补肾强督方对肾虚督寒型骨质疏松症患者骨密度影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾强督方治疗肾虚督寒型骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法,将52例肾虚督寒型骨质疏松症患者分为两组,对照组26例采用碳酸钙D3片合骨化三醇口服治疗,观察组26例在对照组基础上采用补肾强督方治疗,两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后总有效率,两组治疗前、治疗12周、24周中医证候变化积分、两组治疗前后骨密度值变化。结果:对照组、观察组总有效率分别为73.1%(19/26)、92.3%(24/26),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效优于对照组;两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分均改善(P<0.01),观察组治疗后24周中医症状积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05):两组患者治疗后腰椎骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)均增加(P<0.05)。结论:补肾强督方治疗肾虚督寒型骨质疏松症患者可提高骨密度,改善患者中医证候,减少家庭和社会的负担,临床疗效确切且安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Qiangdu formula(补肾强督方)on osteoporosis patients of kidney deficiency and Du cold type.Methods:52 cases of osteoporosis patients of kidney deficiency and Du cold type were randomly divided into two groups.26 cases in the control group were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets combined with calcitriol orally.26 cases in the observation group were treated with Bushen Qiangdu formula on the basis of treatment of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months.The effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome change before treatment,12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment,and the change of BMD before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 73.1%(19/26)and 92.3%(24/26)respectively.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),24 weeks after treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The BMD of lumbar vertebrae in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Qiangdu formula can improve the bone density,relieve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the burden of family and society in the treatment of osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and Du cold type.The clinical effect is accurate and safe,which is worthy of clinical application.
