摘　　要：目的:观察五行音乐对子宫内膜异位症痛经合并有情志异常患者痛经程度的改善情况及焦虑、抑郁的调节作用。方法:将68例子宫内膜异位症痛经合并有情志异常的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用五行音乐处方联合口服陈氏内异方治疗3个月,对照组口服陈氏内异方治疗。治疗前后分别采用痛经疼痛评分评价患者的疼痛改善情况,采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分评价患者的情志异常改变情况。结果:治疗3个月后观察组痛经疼痛评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后两组间SAS及SDS评分比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐对子宫内膜异位症痛经合并情志异常患者的疼痛及异常情志均有改善作用。Objective:To observe the improvement of dysmenorrhea degree and the regulation of anxiety and depression of endometriosis patients with dysmenorrhea with five elements music.Methods:68 cases of dysmenorrhea with abnormal emotion in endometriosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with five elements music prescription and Chenshi Neiyi prescription(陈氏内异方)for 3 months.The control group was treated with Chenshi Neiyi prescription for 3 months.Dysmenorrhea pain score was used to evaluate the improvement of patients before and after treatment.The self-rating Anxiety Scale and the self-rating depression scale were used to evaluate the patients'abnormal mood.Results:The scores of dysmenorrhea pain,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five elements music can relieve the pain and abnormal emotion of dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis.
