摘  要:目的:探讨将体验式教学法应用于《护理管理学》中的教学效果以及对护生批判性思维能力的影响。方法:试验组85名学生采用体验式教学模式。对照组88人采用传统教学模式。在护理管理教学开始和结束时,将批判性思维能力与两组期末考试的综合成绩进行比较。结果:试验组7个维度的批判性思维能力得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组期末考试总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将体验式教学法应用于护理管理学中,有利于培养护生的批判性思维,提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the effect of experiential teaching method in nursing management and its effect on critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods:85 students in the experimental group received the experiential teaching mode.88 people in the control group received the traditional teaching mode.At the beginning and the end of nursing management teaching,the critical thinking ability was compared in terms of the comprehensive scores of the two groups of final examination.Results:The scores of critical thinking ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The final examination score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of experiential teaching method in nursing management is beneficial to cultivate critical thinking of nursing students and improve teaching effect.
