麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤治疗颈椎病医案分析

摘　　要：随着当今互联网时代的快速发展,神经根型颈椎病的发病率逐年增高,且逐步年轻化,寻求一种治疗神经根型颈椎病效果好、不良反应小、易于被患者接受的治疗方法越来越受到人们的关注。麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤出自《金匮要略·痉湿暍病脉证第二》,具有发汗解表,祛风除湿之功,是治疗风湿痹证的代表方剂。现笔者通过1则临床医案对麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤的具体运用进行分析,进而为临床有效治疗神经根型颈椎病提供理论依据。With the rapid development of the internet era,the incidence of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is increasing year by year,and gradually younger,to seek a treatment method for cervical spondylosis with good effects and fewer adverse reactions,and is easy to be accepted by patients has attracted more and more attention.The Mahuang Xingren Yiyi Gancao decoction(麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤)comes from Jin’gui Yaolue(《金匮要略》),has the functions of relieving exterior syndrome by diaphoresis and eliminating wind and removing dampness,and is a representative prescription for treating rheumatism.Now the specific application of the Mahuang Xingren Yiyi Gancao decoction was analzed by the author through a clinical medical record,in order to provide a theoretical basis for treating cervical spondylosis effectively.
