益气聪明汤联合针灸对气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析联合针灸及益气聪明汤对气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:采用整群抽样法抽选2019年1-12月本院收治的气血亏虚型颈性眩晕患者共68例进行研究,依据随机数字表法将其中34例纳入对照组(仅予以针灸),余下34例纳入观察组(于对照组基础上加以益气聪明汤),统计并比较两组总有效率与治疗前后的椎动脉脉冲指数(PI)、血流速度和眩晕评分情况。结果:观察组在总有效率方面比对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组在椎动脉PI及血流速度和眩晕评分方面的差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组椎动脉PI及血流速度比对照组更低,眩晕评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:联合针灸及益气聪明汤对气血亏虚型颈性眩晕疗效显著,值得采用。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture plus the Yiqi Congming decoction(益气聪明汤)on the Qixue Kuixu type(气血亏虚型)cervical vertigo.Methods:68 cases in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected by cluster sampling.According to the random number table method,34 cases were included in the control group(only took acupuncture),and the remaining 34 cases were included in the observation group(took the Yiqi Congming decoction more).Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertebral artery PI and blood flow velocity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dizziness score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus the Yiqi Congming decoction shows a significant effect on the Qixue Kuixu type cervical vertigo,and is worthy of application.
