银翘解毒汤辅助治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银翘解毒汤辅助治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将96例患者按奇偶数分成两组,两组均给予阿昔洛韦静脉滴注,治疗组加用银翘解毒汤治疗,疗程均为10天,并观察临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组结痂时间、脱痂时间及疼痛缓解时间均显著缩短;症状积分、睡眠质量评分、血清炎性因子变化,也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:银翘解毒汤辅助治疗带状疱疹,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Yinqiao Jiedu decoction(银翘解毒汤)on herpes zoster.Methods:96 patients were divided into two groups according to odd and even number.Both groups were given acyclovir intravenous infusion,and the treatment group was treated with the Yinqiao Jiedu decoction more.Results:There was a significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The scab time,scab removal time and pain relief time in the treatment group were significantly shorter,and there were significant differences in the symptom score,sleep quality score and serum inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yinqiao Jiedu decoction is effective on herpes zoster.
