生肌玉红膏近5年临床研究进展

摘　　要：生肌玉红膏作为中医外科"生肌神药",具有活血化瘀生肌的作用,疗效显著,逐渐成为各类创面愈合的首选,在各类疾病中的临床应用逐渐深入,目前广泛应用于压疮、肛科疾病、开放性骨折伤口愈合、糖尿病足等方面,本文就生肌玉红膏的实验室研究及在各种疾病中的临床研究进展进行详细综述,汇报近5年相关文献研究结果。The Shengji Yuhong ointment(生肌玉红膏),as the miraculous medicine that can promote muscle growth in TCM surgery,has the function of increasing blood supply and generating muscle.It shows obviously curative effects and gradually becomes the first choice of wound healing in various kinds of diseases.Its clinical application in various kinds of diseases has gradually deepened.At present,it is widely applied in treating pressure sore,anal diseases,open fracture wound healing,diabetic foot and other aspects.The laboratory research on the Shengji Yuhong ointment and the clinical research on its effects on various diseases were reviewed in this article,and the results of the literatures research in the past 5 years were reported.
