推拿手法治疗肩周炎的研究进展

摘　　要：肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)是中医骨科的常见病。发病年龄多为40~70岁。主要表现为肩部疼痛和活动受限。其病程长,会对患者的工作、生活和心理健康造成巨大的影响。肩周炎的治疗方法多种多样,临床疗效也各不相同。其中中医推拿、针灸、中药熏洗等是许多医生的首选治疗方法。本文对近年来有关推拿手法及其结合其他相关疗法治疗肩周炎的相关文献进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。Frozen shoulder is a common disease in orthopedics of TCM,the age of onset is mostly 40~70 years old.The main manifestations were shoulder pain and limited movement.It has a long course and can have a huge impact on the work,life and mental health of patients.There are many kinds of treatment methods on frozen shoulder,and the clinical efficacy is also different.Among them,massage,acupuncture,herbal fumigation and washing in TCM are the first choice for many doctors.The related literatures of massage and its combination with other related therapies on frozen shoulder in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide more references for clinical practice.
