我国乡村社会治理模式的变迁及发展趋势

摘　　要：探寻我国乡村社会的有效治理模式、推动其快速健康发展是摆在我们面前的时代课题。中国是一个典型的农业大国,农村的安宁、和谐与稳定关系着国家的发展、进步与繁荣。历代统治者对广大乡村社会的统治和管理,一直延续“皇权不下县”的传统,采取“士绅模式”的间接治理模式。新中国成立以后,伴随传统社会向现代社会的转型,国家对乡村治理的模式经历了从新中国成立初期的“政社合一”到“乡政村治”再到“多元治理”等乡村治理模式的重大变迁。随着国家治理体系的不断完善,我国乡村社会治理模式的发展趋势——必定是自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理新模式。to explore the effective governance model of China’s rural society and promote its rapid and healthy development is a task of the times in front of us.China is a typical large agricultural country,and the peace,harmony and stability of rural areas are related to the development,progress and prosperity of the country.The rulers of previous dynasties continued the tradition of"Imperial power does not go down to the county"and adopted the indirect governance mode of"gentry mode"in the rule and management of the vast rural society.After the founding of New China,with the transformation from traditional society to modern society,the mode of rural governance has changed greatly from"integration of politics and society"to"pluralistic governance"in the early days of the founding of the people’s Republic of China.With the continuous improvement of the national governance system,the development trend of China’s rural social governance model must be a new rural governance model with the combination of autonomy,the rule of law and the rule of virtue.
