摘　　要：目的:分析心脏超声+心电图检查对诊断非MI异常Q波的临床价值。方法:选取济宁市第一人民医院超声科于2019年1月—2020年10月期间收治的60例非MI异常Q波患者进行研究,所有患者均接受心脏超声和心电图检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果:通过对60例患者检查,所有患者均非MI所导致异常Q波,通过心脏超声检查有37例患者的心脏存在器质性病变情况。结论:通过检查发现非MI异常Q波患者出现异常Q波的因素较多,需要对患者实施心脏超声联合诊断,并结合临床进行全面的分析,对病情作出准确诊断。Objective To analyze the clinical value of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of non-MI abnormal Q-waves.Methods 60 patients with non-MI abnormal Q-waves admitted from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected for the study.All patients underwent cardiac ultrasound and electrocardiogram examinations,and the examination results were analyzed.Results Through the examination of 60 patients,none of the patients had abnormal Q-waves caused by MI,and 37 patients had organic heart disease through cardiac ultrasound.Conclusion It is found through examination that there are many factors for abnormal Q-waves in patients with non-MI abnormal Q-waves.It is necessary to implement combined cardiac ultrasound diagnosis on the patients,and conduct a comprehensive clinical analysis to make an accurate diagnosis of the condition.
