眼眶CT定量分析在甲状腺相关眼病诊治中的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究分析眼眶CT定量分析在甲状腺相关眼病诊治中的作用。方法:选定本院2018年4月—2019年4月收治患甲状腺相关眼病患者62例为研究对象,设立为研究组,选取62例健康体为参照组,对两组均采用眼眶CT定量分析进行临床检测,比较两组检测结果。结果:经数据统计比较,研究组检测眼外肌横截面积各项数据均高于参照组,突眼度两组比较,研究组高于参照组,检测结果存在较大差异性(P<0.05)。结论:眼眶CT定量分析可对甲状腺相关眼病做出有效检测,通过检测可为患者疾病诊断提供可靠依据,提高疾病诊断、救治及时性,检测准确性较高,具有显著临床检测应用价值。Objective To study and analyze the role of orbital CT quantitative analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroidrelated ophthalmopathy.Methods Selected 62 patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the research object,set up as the research group,selected 62 healthy subjects as the reference group,and used orbital CT quantitative analysis for both groups Perform clinical testing and compare the results of the two groups.Results After statistical comparison of data,the cross-sectional area of extraocular muscles in the study group was higher than that in the reference group.Compared with the two groups,the study group was higher than the reference group.The test results were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Orbital CT quantitative analysis can effectively detect thyroid-related ophthalmopathy.The detection can provide a reliable basis for disease diagnosis,improve the timeliness of disease diagnosis and treatment,and have high detection accuracy,which has significant clinical detection application value.
