摘 要:目的:分析甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中应用超声造影+定量分析技术后的效果。方法:选取沛县人民医院2018年4月—2020年6月收治的30例甲状腺良恶性结节患者进行超声造影分析,观察超声诊断结果、定量分析情况。结果:超声诊断与金标准诊断结果共计(90.00%、100%)并无显著差异性(P>0.05),恶性与良性定量分析中,MTT(57.45±5.21)s、(57.35±5.01)s,无显著差异性(P>0.05),Peak(13.54±2.11)s、(20.14±2.13)s、TIP(38.54±5.14)s、(31.06±2.65)s、AUC(800.12±50.36)s、(1120.36±50.65)s,有显著差异性(P<0.05);恶性与周围正常组织定量分析,MTT(57.45±5.21)s,无显著差异性(P>0.05),良性与周围正常组织定量分析,MT T(57.34±4.99)s、P e a k(20.26±2.12)s、T I P(31.25±2.59)s、AUC(1121.33±50.54)s,均无显著差异性(P>0.05),结论:综上所述,甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中应用超声造影+定量分析技术后效果十分明显,对于结节性状判定准确。临床医生在鉴别诊断过程中,可以依据超声造影+定量分析技术特征进行鉴别诊断,临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze the effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)and quantitative analysis in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 30 patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules admitted to Peixian People’s Hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected for CEUS analysis,and the ultrasound diagnosis results and quantitative analysis were observed.Results There was no significant difference between ultrasound diagnosis and gold standard diagnosis(90.00%,100%)P>0.05;In the quantitative analysis of malignancies and benign,there was no significant difference between MTT(57.45±5.21,57.35±5.01)s and P>0.05;Peak(13.54±2.11,20.14±2.13)s,TIP(38.54±5.14,31.06±2.65)s and AUC(800.12±50.36,1120.36±50.65)s had significant difference(P<0.05);Malignant and normal tissue around the quantitative analysis,determined by MTT(57.45+5.21)s,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the quantitative analysis with the surrounding normal tissue,benign determined by MTT(57.34+4.99)s,Peak(20.26+2.12)s,TIP(31.25+2.59)s,AUC(1121.33+50.54)s,had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion To sum up,benign and malignancy application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodule combine effect obviously,after quantitative analysis technology for nodules traits determine accurately.In the process of differential diagnosis,clinicians can make differential diagnosis based on the characteristics of CEUS combine quantitative analysis technology,which has high clinical application value.
