益元清肺法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益元清肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)的患者炎性指标、肺功能及临床疗效的影响。方法:随机选取泰安市中医医院AECOPD上盛下虚型的患者107例,分为观察组(54例)和对照组(53例),两组患者均给予西医基础治疗(化痰平喘、吸氧和抗感染等),观察组在西医基础治疗上应用益元清肺汤,早晚口服,每次200 m L,连用14 d,观察两组患者的血清炎性指标(血白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原)、肺功能[1秒用力呼气肺容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)、1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、1秒用力呼气量/预计值(FEV1%)],并同时观察两组患者治疗后7 d、14 d的氧分压(PO2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)水平和患者的临床疗效。结论:AECOPD上盛下虚型患者在西医基础治疗上加用益元清肺汤可降低患者的炎性指标,改善肺功能,提高氧分压,改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of the Yiyuan Qingfei decoction(益元清肺汤)on the inflammatory index,lung function and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.107 patients with deficiency in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the observation group(54 cases)and control group(53 cases).Conclusion:In the acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the addition of the Yiyuan Qingfei decoction to the basic treatment of western medicine can reduce the patient’s inflammatory indicators,improve lung function,increase oxygen partial pressure,improve clinical symptoms,and improve health clinical efficacy.
