挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍(虚实夹杂)患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍(虚实夹杂)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年2月于我院就诊的睡眠障碍(虚实夹杂)患者56例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组予以酸枣仁汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合挑治疗法治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、神经内分泌指标、焦虑情况和睡眠情况、不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经内分泌指标促肾上腺皮质激素(Adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(Corticotropin Releasing Hormone,CRH)、促甲状腺激素释放激素(Thyrotropin Releasing Hormone,TRH)水平及焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分均明显低于对照组(P>0.05)。两组不良反应情况对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤治疗睡眠障碍(虚实夹杂)的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者神经内分泌情况和焦虑情况,缓解睡眠障碍情况,且未增加不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of needle pricking therapy plus the Suanzaoren decoction(酸枣仁汤)on sleep disorders with intermingled deficiency and excess.Methods:56 cases were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Suanzaoren decoction,and the observation group was treated with the Suanzaoren decoction plus needle pricking therapy.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ACTH,CRH,TRH levels,and SAS scores and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The needle pricking therapy plus the Suanzaoren decoction shows a significant clinical effect on sleep disorders(intermingled deficiency and excess),which can significantly ameliorate the patient’s neuroendocrine and anxiety,relieve sleep disorders,and do not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
