针刺回阳九针穴联合苓桂术甘汤加减疗法在中风偏瘫患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺回阳九针穴联合苓桂术甘汤加减疗法在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年4月期间来院就诊的108例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,均实行中医治疗,并按摸球法分组:将单纯采取苓桂术甘汤加减疗法者设为对照组(54例),将采取针刺回阳九针穴联合苓桂术甘汤加减疗法者设为研究组(54例),就两组患者中风偏瘫总体疗效、治疗前后肌力与神经功能水平以及生活质量水平变化进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后,两组患者的肌力评分均下降,其中研究组肌力评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)评分均低于治疗前,而研究组的神经功能CSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的中风偏瘫总体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后运动功能评分及生活质量评分均上升,研究组运动功能评分及生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺回阳九针穴联合苓桂术甘汤加减疗法在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果良好,可最大限度地恢复患者肌力和神经功能,提高运动功能,优化中风偏瘫患者治疗结局,提高其生活质量水平,建议推广。Objective:To explore the application effects of acupuncture at the Huiyang Jiuzhen acupoints(回阳九针穴)plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction(苓桂术甘汤)on stroke hemiplegia.Methods:108 cases were all treated in TCM and grouped according to the method of touching the ball:the patients who only took the Linggui Zhugan decoction were set as the control group(54 cases),who took acupuncture at the Huiyang Jiuzhen acupoints plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction were set as the study group(54 cases).Results:After treatment,the muscle strength scores in the groups were all decreased,and in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CSS score in the groups was both lower than before treatment,and in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of stroke hemiplegia in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor function scores and the life quality scores in the groups were all increased,and in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at the Huiyang Jiuzhen acupoints plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction shows a good effect on stroke hemiplegia,which can restore muscle strength and nerve function,improve motor function,optimize the treatment outcome,improve life quality of patients,and is recommended to promote.
