当代心理学视角下的情志疾病治疗

摘　　要：七情致病机理及其治疗方法在中医心理与治疗中相当受重视,研究较多,但是如何在当代心理学视角下对中医心理学中情志疾病的治疗进行深入探讨尚未可知。文章系统总结了中医对情志致病研究的病因病机,阐述了情志为病的疾病种类及有实用价值的中医情志心理治疗方法,如情胜疗法等;同时结合当代心理学如行为主义流派、认知流派、精神分析流派等相应理论以及实践运用对中医情志疾病的治疗进行比较分析,探讨西方心理学与中医七情理论的关联性,从当代心理学角度进一步阐述七情五脏学说,丰富中医心理理论,使其更好地运用于心理治疗中。The pathogenic mechanism and treatment methods of seven emotions have been paid more attention in TCM psychology and treatment,and there are many related studies.However,how to further explore the treatment of emotional diseases in TCM psychology from the perspective of contemporary psychology remains to be unknown.The etiology and pathogenesis of emotional disease in TCM was summarized in this paper,and the types of emotional disease and the practical methods of emotional psychotherapy in TCM,such as emotional winning therapy,etc.,were expounded.At the same time,combined with the theories and practical application of contemporary psychology,such as behaviorism,cognitivism,psychoanalytic theory and so on,the treatment of emotional disease in TCM was compared and analyzed.The connection between Western psychology and the theory of seven emotions in TCM was explored.From the perspective of contemporary psychology,the theory of seven emotions and five internal organs was further elaborated,in order to enrich the psychological theory of TCM and make it better in psychotherapy.
