摘　　要：消渴肾病的发生发展与气化密切相关,六经气化理论将形体与气相结合,本文在人体基本结构的基础上,结合气化、物化理论来阐述人体的机能及病机发展的方面深入研究。从六经气化方面来阐述消渴肾病的发生发展过程更加符合疾病的特点,并可以合理选择方药以治疗,为治疗消渴肾病提供新的思路。The occurrence and development of diabetes nephropathy is closely related to Qi(气)transformation.The six meridian Qi transformation theory combines the body and Qi.Based on the basic structure of the human body,this article combines Qihua and materialization theories to explain the function and pathogenesis of the human body.That occurrence and development process of diabetes nephropathy is explained from six meridian Qi transformation is in line with the characteristics of the disease,with reasonable prescriptions.The theory provides new ideas for the treatment of Diabetes Nephropathy.
