冷文飞教授运用清热化湿法治疗类风湿关节炎经验总结

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是常见的自身免疫系统疾病,中医称之为"尪痹",痹证初期多会出现湿热痹阻证的证候表现。治疗宜着重清热化湿,通络止痛,冷文飞教授根据《类风湿关节炎病证结合诊疗指南》以宣痹汤合三妙散为基础方进行加减治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎疗效显著。冷文飞教授认为本方可缓解症状、延缓病情进展,提高病人生活质量,起到标本兼治的作用。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common autoimmune system disease,which is called Wangbi(尪痹)in TCM.The Shire Bizu syndrome(湿热痹阻证)often appears in the early stage of Bi syndrome(痹证).The treatment should focus on clearing away heat and dampness,dredging collaterals and relieving pain.According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Combined with Diseases and Syndromes,Professor Leng Wenfei applied the Xuanbi decoction(宣痹汤)and the Sanmiao powder(三妙散)in treating rheumatoid arthritis of the Shire Bizu syndrome,with remarkable curative effects.Professor Leng Wenfei believes that this prescription can alleviate symptoms,delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients,and play a role of both specimen and treatment.
